I've been a lifetime lover of cheese, and when I switched to a 100% plant-based diet, I didn't want that to change. Existing large-scale solutions leave a lot to be desired in varying combinations of the health, taste, and price departments. Cheese is a beloved part of the cuisine of many cultures and the challenge of finding a suitable replacement can prove difficult. I'm passionate about recreating the dishes I grew up with and the ones I grew to love, and I'm always looking for new ways to do so without compromising taste and texture. Our products are made with everyone in mind - whether you're just dipping your toes in the plant-based waters for the first time with a Meatless Monday, you're a lifelong vegan, or anything in between. Nobody should be left out at the dinner table.
In addition to being totally Vegan, many of our products are Gluten Free. They're all hand made and contain as few ingredients as possible. That means no unnecessary preservatives, no harmful additives, no strange tastes or textures from stabilizers. Our soy milk is made fresh for each batch and contains only soybeans, water, and salt.
The ecological benefits of eating local cannot be exaggerated. Huge scale production of food comes at a heavy cost in terms of storage and transportation and we pay for it with our taste buds. Small-scale producers are often bullied out of the supply chain at the cost of healthy human relationships with their own neighbors. Don't be a stranger! We have a rich and diverse culture of food production, so whenever possible, we should look no farther than our own backyards to feed ourselves and our loved ones.
